Quantronix's CubiScan 225 is an in-line dimensioning system for measuring those odd shaped items that make storage and shipping so difficult. With the CubiScan 225 you can measure all kinds of strangely shaped items to determine the optimal box size for packaging. Ideal for maximizing storage space, on-demand box making, repacking, check weighing and shipment manifesting in medical, pharmaceutical, apparel, hardware, and consumer goods distribution. The CubiScan 225 integrates state of the art infrared sensing technology with a conveyor system for optimized measuring capabilities. This latest offering from CubiScan promises higher degrees of precision, reduced packaging and shipping expenses, economized use of storage and enhanced cartonization capabilities.

The CubiScan 225 is typically used for on-demand box making for those oddly shaped items individually and in bundles. Ideal for storage space planning, and shipment manifesting in medical, pharmaceutical, apparel, hardware, and consumer goods distribution.

Main Features

The CubiScan 225 has a measurement capacity up to 24 x 24 x 60 inches with a resolution of 0.05 inches and a minimum required interval between each object of only six inches. There are also extended versions available that can measure up to a 96 inch length capacity. This in-line dimensioning system for irregular shapes also includes an integrated conveyer with a variable speed of 10 to 60 feet per minute. CubiScan's proprietary software, Q-bit, delivers menu-driven operator controls, data storage/transfer and diagnostics, all with a handy touchscreen interface.
