Product Description
The Cubiscan 210-L is engineered for high-throughput facilities, collecting volumetric data on in-motion SKUs and parcels. LFT-certified up to 500 ft/min, it provides both actual product volume and bounding-box (“smallest-cube”) dimensions.
The 210-L excels at void detection and can be deployed at either the item or parcel level. Its flexible design integrates seamlessly with barcode scanners, checkweighers, print-and-apply labelers, and sortation systems — making it a versatile dimensioning solution that enhances throughput, revenue, and efficiency.
Available in two standard sizes, the Cubiscan 210-L can also be custom configured for resolution, accuracy, and speed to meet unique facility requirements.
Typical Receiving & Shipping Workflow
-
Scan the Identifier
A fixed or handheld barcode scanner captures the parcel ID (license plate or order ID), either in-motion or statically. -
Dimensioning Stage
The parcel passes under the Cubiscan 210-L, where dimensional and volumetric data are collected. -
Data Integration
Dimensions and weight are paired with the identifier in Qbit IMS or Qbit DB, then pushed to your WMS, ERP, or shipping software. -
Print, Verify & Sort
A shipping label is printed and applied, label contents verified, and the parcel sorted to the correct carrier.
